Will it work for my leaks?
Puredries has 4 thin layers that absorb 35 to 60 mL (up to about ¼ cup, or 12 teaspoons). It is made for light to moderate bladder leaks, from a sudden sneeze to all-day wear. If they don't work for your leaks, email us within 30 nights for a full refund, with nothing to send back.
How is this different from period underwear?
Period underwear is designed for slow, steady flow. Bladder leaks are sudden and larger, so Puredries uses an absorbent core and a leak-resistant barrier built for them.
Are they PFAS-free?
Yes. Puredries is made without PFAS ("forever chemicals"). The fabric against your skin is a soft, breathable cotton blend, and the top layer pulls wetness away from you.
How far does the protection go?
The protection goes from front to back through the gusset, so you're covered whether you're sitting, walking or lying down. It's sewn in, not stuck on, so it can't shift the way a pad does.
Which size should I order?
Use the size guide next to the size selector. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Will it suit my body shape?
The high-waist, full-coverage cut and stretchy cotton blend are designed to fit comfortably across a wide range of body shapes, from XS to 4XL.
Can I wear it overnight?
Yes. The heavy-flow absorbent core is designed for overnight wear as well as all-day use.
Are they comfortable for everyday wear?
Yes. They're soft, lightweight and breathable, and feel like regular underwear.
Can I wear them in warm weather or while exercising?
Yes. The breathable fabric helps you stay comfortable on warm days and during light activity like walks, yoga or gardening.
How do I wash them?
Rinse in cold water, then machine wash cold with mild detergent, ideally in a laundry bag. Hang to dry. No bleach or fabric softener.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 9 business days. Shipping is free across the USA.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with no product names or pictures on the outside.

Every order comes with our 30-night money-back guarantee. If the size isn't right within 30 nights, email hello@puredries.com and we'll send the right size free, and you keep the first pair.

Which bundle should I choose?
Most people like having enough pairs to wear one while others are in the wash. The 7-pair bundle gives the best price per pair.
How does the monthly subscription work?
Tick Subscribe & save on the product page and you get 20% off today's order. Your monthly refill starts the next month: about 30 days later, and then every 30 days, we charge $30 and ship 3 fresh pairs ($10 a pair).
Before each refill, email hello@puredries.com to pick sizes and colors. If we don't hear from you, we send your usual size in a mix of colors. Skip or cancel anytime.
