Return and Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable in your Puredries. If something isn't right, we'll help make it right.

30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Not working for your leaks? Email hello@puredries.com within 30 nights of delivery with your order number. We will refund your full order to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You do not need to send anything back.

Wrong size? Email us within 30 nights of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We will send the right size at no extra cost, and you can keep the original pair.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are intimate apparel, we can only accept returns of items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@puredries.com within 30 days of delivery. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not reach us.

Return shipping is free within the USA: we will email you a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email hello@puredries.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn or washed, and items marked final sale, cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons. If worn pairs did not work for your leaks, the 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee above applies instead, with nothing to send back.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe to monthly refills, you get 20% off the order you place today. Your subscription starts the following month: about 30 days after your order, and then every 30 days, we charge $30 and ship 3 pairs of Puredries ($10 a pair). Before each refill you can email hello@puredries.com to choose sizes and colors; if we don't hear from you, we send your usual size in a mix of colors. You can skip or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us, with no fees and no minimum number of refills. Cancel before your next billing date to stop that refill. Each refill is covered by the same 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee and return terms above.
