This website is operated by Puredries ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the policies referenced here. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to display product colors, sizes and features as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors accurately or that every description is error-free. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor about any health concerns.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that contain a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Subscriptions. If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the first-order price shown at checkout when you order, and the recurring price shown at checkout every month after that until you cancel. The price, delivery frequency and cancellation terms are shown before you confirm your order. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@puredries.com. We will tell you in advance by email before changing the price of an active subscription.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Accuracy of information

Information on this site is for general information only. We may update content at any time but are not obligated to do so.
