Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak seasons.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain packaging with no product names or images on the outside.

Multiple packages

Larger orders may arrive in more than one package. Your tracking email will show all tracking numbers.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email hello@puredries.com and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it before it ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
